This system can make 100% check online , acousto-optic alarm, defect spray standard and data statistics to the scratch, crackle, cavern, solder skip, inclusion and other defects of welded tube.

The equipment detects the surface scratch, unweled  seam, crack and other axial defects of welded tube, in addition, it is equipped with high precision delayed marking, it can spray out the defect place accurately, and detects the point injury and continuous injury reliably caused by fault of welder during production; the technical requirement also comply with the requirement of EU EN10246-3 “steel tube nondestructive testing” standard.
